I am a BJTC-accredited freelance journalist, presenter, and videographer. I present national morning bulletins for GMB Wales and report live for Wales at Six.

I also develop legally complex stories that lead national programmes, with hands-on experience working undercover. I self-shoot and edit my own work, having invested in my own camera kit.

I am extremely passionate about self-shooting and editing, spending large amounts of my spare time working on creative projects for charities and local organisations that need video support.

Social media has been a huge part of my journalism career. I helped drive ITV Wales’ recent growth on Instagram by pitching more case-study-led content and videos that capture specific niche audiences, with one of my presenter-led videos reaching over 1.8 million views.
