Rosalie is a producer based in Birmingham, West Midlands with experience in theatre, short film, and community arts projects.

She aims to produce diverse and inclusive art and opportunities. Particularly, Rosalie is drawn to stories about women’s and LGBTQ+ people’s lived experience and aims to elevate these voices through her work.

Rosalie's desire to work as a producer comes from their love of performance festivals: The community-focussed art and events, new voices being platformed, fringe genres taking centre stage, and up and coming talent being discovered.

Previous work includes: Project Producer of Our Story (2026), Assistant Producer of LAD by John Booker and TRANS IT by Tabby Lamb (Derby Theatre and Curve Leicester, 2026), Producer of Ben & Ed (short film, 2025), and Festival Co-ordinator on Home and Horizons (2025), Love and Rebellion (2024), Order and Chaos (2023) at the Birmingham Rep. They were also a member of China Plate’s The Optimists Producer Training cohort (2025).

Currently, they are the Assistant Producer at Fifth Word Theatre, and working as a freelance short film producer. Read Less
