Read MoreHelen Maynard has wanted to work in film and television since childhood. Growing up in a small town, she filled the time watching all range of movies and TV and created her own projects. Helen received a Bachelor's in Film and Media Studies with a concentration in Computer Science from Columbia University in New York in 2022 and then moved to New Orleans to pursue a career on sets. She started day playing as a production assistant/set runner on projects like Rebel Ridge and Mayfair Witches Season 1, and she quickly realized her passion for Assistant Directing. From 2022 to 2026, Helen has consistently been staffed or day played on film and television projects of all sizes and types. This includes major productions like Sinners and Is God Is to reality television like Kitchen Nightmares and FAST: Home Rescue. Helen is quick to adapt to any working environment and always keeps a positive attitude. She can handle many tasks at once and knows how to prioritize in a fast paced environment. Helen loves movies and TV and is grateful to be working in her dream career. She brings that joy to every work day and its many challenges.
