As a development researcher at Dragonfly, I developed projects end-to-end by generating ideas, securing access, writing copy, and creating well-designed pitch decks and cuts of taster tapes which were sent to commissioners internationally.
The quality of my work meant I was able to secure my first development credit within a year in the industry - Escaping Idi Amin (w/t) for BBC Two.
My production credits include E4's One Born Every Minute, where I am currently working as a member of the floor team, liaising between the rig gallery and the delivery unit. I work to cast mums, consent medical staff, help PDs with kit, and communicate with midwives to ensure the smooth-running of shoots.
I am regularly given responsibility to manage the floor on my own, normally covering the AP or Producer role on several shifts per week.
I am creative, motivated, personable and extremely quick to learn. These qualities have allowed me to develop a real fluency across the factual landscape, from very initial idea generation through to post.
