Since 1999, he has honed his craft at the BBC, in commercial and private sectors, and in academia. Specializing in transforming ideas into substantial programs and projects, Phillip is known for his creativity, technical expertise, and trustworthy approach. He is also an experienced Audio Journalism Lecturer, having taught and led modules at three universities. Currently, he teaches BTEC radio and podcasting at Morley College and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (Advance HE).
