He holds a BA in English with Creative Writing (First Class Honours) and an MA in Creative Writing (Commendation) from Queen’s University Belfast. With over a decade of experience in customer service, including roles at Tesco and Teleperformance, Adam has honed his skills in organization, time management, and public speaking. He is also an accomplished musician, having performed in bands, DJ sets, and solo acts, and was the 2005 All-Ireland Battle Rap Champion.
