I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Supervisor and Consultant for the TV, Media and Radio. I have worked in the NHS in mental health services since 2014, specialising in supporting working age adults presenting with a range of difficulties. Having worked in services supporting people with severe and enduring mental health difficulties, I have specialist skills in assessing mental health risks and offering risk-management solutions in the short and longer term.

Alongside my independent practice and Media consulting, I am privileged to be a trainer for the next generation of Clinical Psychologists at one of the most established Clinical Psychology training programmes in the UK. I specialise in supporting people from the LGBTQI+ community and creative professionals. As a person from the LGBTQI+ community, with a background of having grown up in the fashion world in Italy, I have an ability to create a non-judgmental space where safe exploration of different aspects of identity is encouraged. ​​I have specialist training in trauma-focused and trauma-informed therapy. I practice using an integrative approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic skills and concepts to be able to be responsive to the unique needs of media productions.

I am the chair of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Subgroup of the Group of Trainers in Clinical Psychology (part of the British Psychological Society) and a committee member of the Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity Section of the British Psychological Society. I have a strong interest in supporting inclusion of diverse contributors in different media productions and increasing representation through the media.
