I am a highly experienced, passionate Producer/Director, Edit Producer and Series Director with a proven track record of delivering top quality series and singles for major broadcasters and international streamers (including Netflix, Amazon and Apple TV).

I love to make powerful and gripping films filled with purpose, character, content and style. I've won the RTS "Best Single Documentary" award for "Anton Ferdinand: Football, Racism & Me" (BBC One), and have also been nominated for multiple BAFTAs, Griersons and CDN awards. I especially enjoy the challenge of bringing a fresh vision, new ideas and an original style to my projects.

I’m a highly versatile film-maker who has spent my career moving between different genres, which means I'm as happy honing strong past-tense narratives from interviews and archival material, as self-shooting powerful and insightful verité/observational material. I've also worked with a lot of high-profile talent and pride myself on building super strong, trusting relationships with all my contributors, be they top Premiership footballers or top academics in their field.

My films have a very strong visual style and aesthetic and love setting a strong look for a series. I am an excellent self-shooter but also enjoy working with top DOP's and directing crew. I also love conducting Master Interviews which are as full of warmth and character and they are foresnic and detailed, never missing a story beat and always shaping a riveting narrative structure. I'm also an excellent writer, legally astute and a hard worker.

Prior to directing I worked in Development for many years successfully getting hours and hours of series and singles commissioned for both UK broadcasters (BBC, ITV, Chanel 4, Five) and International broadcasters (A&E, Nat Geo, Discovery) at companies like Raw TV (Nat Geo's "Real Prison Breaks", A&E's "The Fugitive Chronicles") & Firecracker Films.
