I am ICT-literate and well-experienced in Microsoft Office systems, especially Excel. I also have experience using advertising software and campaign administration systems such as Mediaocean and Peach Media.
I am extremely personable and excel within a team environment, having always fostered and maintained strong working relationships with colleagues. My experience in customer service has taught me to communicate efficiently and effectively with clients and customers, as well as to understand business and services from the perspective of the consumer.
My work ethic is strong - I approach all tasks with a resilient mindset, and I take good initiative, but am not afraid to seek help and support when needed. Across my work experience, which is further detailed below, I embraced an assistant role to key management and personnel. I have honed this role in a diverse range of environments, not just in the office but in schools, retail and recreational activities since my early teens. I have therefore, across several years, developed the skills to think on my feet and anticipate needs, to not only follow instructions easily but to do so under time constraints.
I am eager to begin my career in a creative environment and pursue a role within television.
