I relish turning interesting ideas into entertaining content and exploring new and innovative ways to bring films to life using the latest technologies available. I have a lot of experience finding contributors, whether they are larger than life characters or academics (or both!). I enjoy building relationships with both on-camera talent and diverse contributors and organisations involved in the production. I have experience directing full crews and am also a confident self-shooter.
I have an engineering background but enjoy working on a wide variety of shows from factual films and documentaries to lighter hearted, factual entertainment formats. I have a large amount of experience of location shooting in a wide variety of countries, including China, Russia, Panama, UAE, the South Pacific, Australia and the US. I also lived in Beijing for a year and have travelled extensively in Europe and Asia.
