I've had the pleasure of managing Joe throughout his apprenticeship at the BBC, and he has been a fantastic apprentice from start to finish. He was never a cause for concern, always taking ownership of his own development and looking ahead to make sure he was gaining the skills and experiences he needed to progress. His commitment to learning and making the most of every opportunity was clear throughout his apprenticeship.

Joe is highly organised, dependable and incredibly easy to work with. He consistently delivered work to a high standard and quickly became someone that teams could rely on. One of the things that stood out most was the feedback I regularly received from placement team about how it was common for teams to ask whether they could keep him for longer because they valued his contribution so highly.

What makes Joe particularly impressive is his enthusiasm and curiosity. He was always keen to experience as much as possible, put himself forward to help, and learn something new. Whether working in casting, production management, post-production, development or on location, he approached every opportunity with energy, professionalism and a positive attitude.

Joe has made a real impact during his apprenticeship and should be incredibly proud of what he has achieved. I have no doubt that he will continue to be an asset wherever his career takes him, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to future employers
