Alejandro Small is a seasoned film professional with over twelve years of experience as a director, editor, distributor, and educator. He is the founder of Gallinazos Cine, an independent film production company whose projects have been awarded in Peru and showcased at prestigious international film festivals and cultural centers worldwide. Alejandro has directed multiple award-winning films and served as an editor and distributor for numerous acclaimed productions. He has participated in renowned programs such as Berlinale Talents, Talents Buenos Aires, Locarno-Sao Paulo Industry Academy, and Tres Puertos Cine. Additionally, he has contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at the University of Lima, mentoring students in cinema and audiovisual direction.
