With a background in film, broadcast, and writing, I am a strong initiative-taker and leader, relishing problem solving and living for the crisis.

After six years of working full time in a Senior Creative role aligned to the public sector, I am seeking a challenging role to develop myself even further. Leading a diverse team of Senior Producers and creatives, I worked and directed others to bring my department’s creative work up to the professional standard I expect.

I spearheaded and directed a full review and reimagining of the department’s creative processes, identifying key snags and inefficiencies, while bringing my own industry experience to bear. The resulting processes have been transformative to workplace efficiency and quality of output.

Working with a team of Senior Producers, I advise and assist daily on creative work, coordinating across teams to ensure cohesiveness, leading meetings and developing content strategy.

I am a creative all-rounder who has worked on projects big and small, from feature films to broadcast promos, travel documentaries and charity films. From editing and camera operating to writing, directing and even narrating and voiceover work, I bring a range of skills from over a decade of working in the industry across a range of roles. I'm always looking for interesting and niche work, stories and projects. I am technically-minded and can quickly familiarise myself with new kit, editing systems and workflows. Read Less
