Mandy Fabian was the youngest member of a professional sketch comedy troupe in Austin, Texas, before moving to New York and attending Vassar College to major in film. (What? I know. Her parents thought that too.)Since then, Mandy has directed music videos, commercials, sketches and multiple award-winning short films. She directed, produced and co-created The Young Hillary Diaries, Lifetime's first digital series, and the Emmy-winning digital series Dropping the Soap, starring Jane Lynch. Mandy was a Sony Pictures Television Directing Fellow, named “Best New Filmmaker” by NewFilmmakers LA, and more recently has directed two independent television pilots. Her debut feature “Jess Plus None”, which won a grant from Warner Bros 150, was hailed as a laugh-out-loud LGBTQ+ “Big Chill meets Bridesmaids”, premiering at the BFI Flare Festival in London in 2023. Mandy now lives in London with her husband, actor Patrick Fabian, her two daughters, and an intimidating collection of reusable water bottles.  She was recently commissioned by Objective Fiction to develop a comedy series for the UK.
