I’m a food broadcaster, podcast host, author, and former contestant on MasterChef Australia, living and working between Manchester and rural France, where I create content celebrating French cuisine and culinary culture.

I host and produce Fabulously Delicious: The French Food Podcast, a storytelling-led show exploring the people, places, and history behind France’s extraordinary food culture. Episodes range from profiles of legendary chefs and culinary traditions to deep dives into iconic dishes, ingredients, and regions. The podcast has built an international audience of food lovers and Francophiles.

I’m also the author of Paris: A Fabulous Food Guide to the World’s Most Delicious City, a curated guide to the best places to eat and shop for food in Paris—from artisan bakeries and cheese shops to markets and classic bistros.

In France I host my Vienne Residency Cooking Experiences, where guests stay in my townhouse in Montmorillon for immersive French cooking classes, local market visits, and regional food tours that celebrate the food culture of the Vienne region.

My work focuses on storytelling around food—whether through podcasting, writing, presenting, or developing original content ideas for television and digital platforms.
