I have 3 years of experience working as a Duty Manager in various performance venues, including Guildford's Ivy Arts Centre and Reading Repertory Theatre. These fast-paced roles have been invaluable to my professional development, allowing me to hone my organisational and leadership skillsets, alongside a range of transferable qualities such as flexibility, proactiveness and written/verbal communication.
As a featured writer for Word Tonic, I’ve produced engaging written content that balances creativity with strategy, demonstrating my ability to create well-researched pieces written with tone and impact in mind. Last year, my "Gen-Z Dictionary" was featured on the Word Tonic official website. I have also recently begun creating online digital content based on personal passions such as music and neurodiversity, and enjoy creating both short and long-form content across various platforms.
Additionally, as a freelance actor I toured professionally across the Middle East in S4K's "The Jungle Book", travelling across the Arabian Gulf to countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 2024 to early 2025. Working on this contract provided me with a deep understanding of how stories resonate with diverse audiences across the globe, and greatly honed my teamwork and communication skills. I have also recently led two community choirs, where I helped to develop the confidence and musicality of our members.
