I have 3 years of experience working as a Duty Manager in various performance venues, including Guildford's Ivy Arts Centre and Reading Repertory Theatre. These fast-paced roles have been invaluable to my professional development, allowing me to hone my organisational and leadership skillsets, alongside a range of transferable qualities such as flexibility, proactiveness and written/verbal communication.
