In my current position as bar supervisor at G-A-Y in Manchester, I am responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day at the venue. This includes stock check, managing a small team, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly and with minimal disruption and ensuring my managers are kept updated and informed. 

While working behind the scenes at Gary Starr Creative, I learned how to adapt quickly to ever changing situations (weather, illness etc), and ensured that everything was still able to run smoothly. I was involved in loading kit and equipment for tours, preparing costumes and props, liaising with crew and talent and ensuring paperwork was printed and distributed to the correct people.I am eager and willing to learn and am not afraid of getting stuck in.  Read Less
