Hello - I am a highly experienced and highly organised professional with strong background in coordinating people and processes, including high pressure environments.

Historically my work has required precision and confidentiality. Including clear communication through face 2 face conversations, radio and written communications.

I have extensive experience working both front and back of house. This was particularly developed during my time at Lapland UK where I worked alone and with teams aged 18 to 78!

As a sole trader of 15 years I have had to ensure high levels of risk assessments, safeguarding vulnerable adults and children, health & safety, confidentiality, GDPR, policies and procedures.

I feel comfortable writing original schedules, call sheets, rotas and other production processes. I am used to the varied days, use of my creative mind, long hours and shift work.
