I’m a director with over 25 years’ experience working across commercial production, television and independent film, combining strong visual storytelling with a sensitive, people-first approach on set. My background spans both long-form and fast-turnaround work, and I’m equally comfortable planning meticulously or responding instinctively in the moment when circumstances require it

In recent years my focus has shifted toward work with deeper social value. Through my own family life, I’ve developed a close and personal understanding of the importance of inclusive, accessible storytelling for people with additional needs. This has given me a renewed sense of purpose as a director, particularly in creating content that is calm, clear, playful, and emotionally intelligent — content that meets children where they are.

I bring a strong grounding in film language and visual communication, with a particular appreciation for performance-led and visually driven storytelling traditions. I’m highly collaborative, calm under pressure, and committed to creating sets that are supportive, flexible, and responsive to the needs of contributors.
