Who is Anthony Truscello?

I'm fortunate to share life with my wife of 39 years, our three married children, and four wonderful grandchildren. My oldest son is a professor of creative writing, and I learned more from him than he ever did from me. He taught me the craft of storytelling and how to create a world within a world.

After a fulfilling career in teaching, counseling, and football coaching, I now devote my time to screenwriting. The discipline and patience I honed as an educator serve me well in this new creative chapter. I've written over twenty feature-length screenplays across a range of genres, and my skills continue to evolve with each project. As a lifelong teacher, I believe learning never ends-and that applies to writing most of all.

I don't write for money; I write because I love it. My weakness is marketing myself, not creating. I'd rather build stories than sell them. Still, I hope one of my scripts sparks your interest and becomes the exciting project it's meant to be.

Living in New York's Hudson Valley, just an hour north of the city, gives me a constant source of inspiration-a perfect blend of natural beauty and urban energy.
