I am a theatre director, writer, producer, and arts marketer with over ten years of experience creating and championing new work. My practice is rooted in bold, emotionally driven storytelling, often exploring themes of identity, belonging, queerness, race, and human connection. I am passionate about developing new writing and collaborating closely with artists to bring ambitious ideas to life.Alongside my creative work, I have built a career in arts marketing, leading campaigns for some of the UK's leading theatre organisations and helping productions connect with audiences in meaningful and innovative ways. This combination of artistic and strategic experience gives me a broad understanding of how to build work that is both creatively exciting and commercially aware.I am the founder and Artistic Director of NGY Productions, where I develop original theatre and musicals, and I also serve as a Trustee of Talawa Theatre Company. Whether I'm directing, writing, producing or supporting artists through marketing, my aim is always the same: to tell stories that move people, challenge perspectives, and create space for voices that deserve to be heard.
