I am a colourist and editor with 5 years of experience across short films, music videos, ads, and an independent feature film. My primary software is DaVinci Resolve, and I also have experience in Avid Media Composer.

What I most want is to use these skills to make a positive difference: natural history documentaries are my big dream!

What I love about both grading and editing is discovery: in grading, I love finding an image's character, shaping light and texture, making an image you can feel; in editing, I love the opportunity to create new meaning, almost writing the film anew.

Beyond post-production, I have been a director, scriptwriter, script editor, script supervisor, production manager, narrator, and runner. Making and studying films from every angle has given me a holistic perspective on how to bring a story to life, in both creative and technical capacities.

I have undertaken an MA in Film and Television Production with Editing at the University of York, which I completed with distinction, and a BA in Film Studies and Screenwriting at the University of Worcester, graduating first-class and winning the 2022 Steven Knight Award for Best Feature Film Screenplay. This foundational understanding of filmic storytelling informs my grading and editing, from the most granular details to the big picture.
