Alice Lewis is an award-winning documentary Producer with a decade of experience running complex, access-driven productions across Europe, the US, Africa, and South America. Known for her calm, forensic approach to editorial and logistics, she has produced high-end observational films and series for Netflix, BBC, Amazon, The Guardian, Vice Studios, and global brands including Nike and WeTransfer.

Alice specialises in sensitive access and long-term character-led storytelling. She has secured and maintained relationships with elite organisations, high-profile talent, and contributors in challenging environments, from maximum-security prisons to refugee training camps to high-clearance military bases. She brings a strong editorial instinct, shaping stories from development through to edit, with a track record of crafting narratives that hold emotional weight and cultural relevance.

Her production experience spans building international shoots from the ground up, managing crews across multiple continents, handling pressured schedules, and maintaining clarity and control in fast-moving environments.
