I am an excellent planner and organiser and love the whole production process. I also have a good editorial eye and enjoy working with creative and talented people. My USP is the ability to realise creative ideas in the most cost-effective way, irrespective of budget size. I manage people well, and bring out the best in every individual in a team.I have worked in film and television for over 25 years, apart from a 5-year period when my children were younger and I worked as a teacher.
