I am passionate about helping people understand how their homes and environments affect the way they feel think and live. My work brings together science, design and everyday life to show that wellbeing starts with the spaces around us.
Through The Wellbeing Surveyor I explore how buildings influence air quality, comfort and health. I combine scientific research with practical experience, to make complex ideas easy to understand and relevant to everyone, whether that is through speaking, teaching or hands-on investigation.
My goal is to bridge the gap between research and real life by helping people create homes that are not only sustainable but genuinely supportive of their wellbeing. I believe every home has a story, and by listening to those spaces we can improve how people live, learn and recover.
Over the years I have built trusted relationships with communities, researchers and industry leaders who share this vision of healthier living environments. I am confident in what I do and committed to making science accessible, inspiring and useful for everyone.
