With over twenty years’ experience, my work as a Director of Photography has taken me all over the world and covers a wide range of genres from presenter led factual entertainment to observational documentaries, travelogue, true crime, arts, history, science  and wildlife.  I have worked for the major broadcasters, includng Netflix, Amazon, Sky, BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, NBC, Disney and others.   

BAFTA Craft Best Photography Factual winner as part of the drone camera team for The Great Mountain Sheep gather (BBC Four).   
DoP on the following BAFTA winning films: Best Documentary Series Libby Are You Home Yet? (Sky Crime), BAFTA Specialist Factual winner The Yorkshire Ripper Files  (BBC Four), BAFTA Specialist Factual winner Britain’s Forgotten Slave Owners with David Olusoga (BBC Two) and BAFTA nominated Best Single Doc The Family Secret (Channel 4). 

My work with Jack Whitehall on Travels with My Father has taken me all over the world, filming 5 seasons over 5 years, visiting 14 countries, creating Netflix's longest running non scripted series, with every season straight to number 1 in the UK. There was also a one - off special Fatherhood With My Father for Netflix. This was followed by Jack in Time for Christmas for Amazon Prime which blended scripted content with unscripted travelogue as Jack is joined by Michael Buble, Daisy May Cooper and Tom Davies. I was DoP for both the drama and documentary elements.

Other travelogue series include Griff Rhys Jones Slow Train Through Africa and Last Leg Down Under.  My early work on Samantha Brown’s Asia series was EMMY nominated for Outstanding Achievement in Single Camera Photography and my work on Indian Hill Railways in 2012 won a Guild of Television Camera People Award for Excellence.

I have an extensive list of equipment, including Sony Venices, wide range of lenses including Arri Signature primes, Sony FX9, Ronin 4D, lighting, grip, vehicle tracking capability and drones. I am CAA Quallified to fly drones in the UK and also hold FAA Part 107 USA drone licence.
