I'm a Producer, Director, and Edit Producer with over 15 years of experience in broadcast and digital production. On my most recent programme, I balanced directing on location in three countries with managing the edit remotely between shoot blocks, personally working with editors to build each episode from start to finish. My background across pre-production, field production, and post-production helps me bridge the gaps between departments and keep projects cohesive from start to finish.
I also have extensive experience as an Edit Producer, working on home renovation series including
Holmes Family Rescue and
Gut Job. As a Director, I led a 15-month production cycle of
Renovation Island, which aired in over 50 countries worldwide. I started my career at Bell Media, Canada's largest media company, where I spent a decade directing, producing, writing, and editing content for the country's top daily lifestyle show.
On the digital side, I have produced and edited content for TikTok and Instagram and helped launch new YouTube and Patreon channels, managing all projects from creative development through to final delivery.
I specialise in producing and directing large-scale projects but have worked across a wide range of genres, including cookery, travel, fashion, outdoor adventure, and human-interest storytelling. I've also collaborated with major brands to create content for multiple digital platforms.
I've managed production teams of all sizes, from small documentary crews to 100-person units, often taking final responsibility for both creative direction and logistics. Alongside directing, I've written scripts for a full-length cookery series
(Double Your Dish), produced live election coverage for news
(CP24), and overseen several primetime specials and short-term features.
Outside of production, I'm an avid traveller and have visited more than 50 countries. Travelling has shaped how I approach production, helping me adapt quickly and run international shoots with confidence and cultural awareness.
