Over the past few years, I’ve developed strong experience delivering complex projects across live events and performance. I have supported and led aspects of delivery across large-scale festivals and live performances, coordinating across creative, technical and operational teams to ensure projects run smoothly in fast-paced environments. My work has involved managing logistics, schedules and communications, working closely with artists, technical teams and external partners, and maintaining a high standard of delivery while adapting to changing priorities.
I’m known for being organised, calm under pressure and solutions-focused, with a collaborative approach to working across teams. I’m particularly interested in roles that sit at the intersection of creative practice and operational delivery, supporting organisations to bring work to life while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and with a strong audience experience. Having trained as a dancer, I have a personal connection to the performing arts and an understanding of the discipline and environment that supports young performers. I’m now looking to bring together my professional experience and creative background within the performance sector, particularly in project, production or operations roles.
