I'm Josh Macrow. I’ve been working as a puppeteer, stage manager, and filmmaker since 2017. Currently, I am looking to expand my career by taking on crew roles in the media industry.

I feel my stage management skillset is transferable as I often deal with technical problem in light and sound, as well as people management when looking afters casts.

I have on set experience as a puppeteer, notable productions include CBEEBIES: Dodges Pup School and AVALONS: Spitting Image. This means I am very aware of the expectations of being on set.

I feel it is important to understand your role within production, and to be attentive with what is happening, to anticipate any problems that will arise, and be ready to tackle them when necessary. Read Less
