I have filmed on nearly every continent, from jungles to the arctic, as well as hostile environments. I am happy whatever genre of film I'm making; whether self-shooting, working with large crews, doing drama recons or making purely archive shows. I speak fluent Russian and French, and very good Spanish, and have dual British/French Nationality, allowing me to work freely in the EU post Brexit.
I do hope you'll find my CV of interest... here's what people have said about some of my work:
The World According to Vladimir Putin: “Dimitri Collingridge’s film is a cross between Tarrant on TV and Dispatches… a real eye-opener” - The Times
“This documentary would be funny if it weren’t so worrying” - The Telegraph
“Vladimir Putin’s Russia often seems to be a peculiar mixture of horror and comedy, and this documentary looking at Russian state TV captures that uneasy tone perfectly” - The Guardian
“A mix of clips and judicious captions, this eye-opening programme shows how Russia’s state-controlled TV depicts domestic and international politics” - Sunday Times
“This is bizarre, unsettling TV, the kind of viewing that will mess with your head if you let it.” – Radio Times
“Deeply troubling” - The Observer
Storyville: My Secret Agent Auntie: 'A brilliant Storyville about 'one of the most spied on women in history'' - The Mail
“This was a great story, told in an atmospheric way with period reconstructions that embraced the stylish mystery of the times.' - The Guardian
'In a thrilling search, Collingridge exposes a life loaded with sinister glamour and fills his film with tension enhancing, arty reconstructions' - Radio Times
Brits Behind Bars – Cocaine Smugglers: “This documentary gained remarkable access to both criminals and crime-fighters” – The Telegraph
“Cocaine Smugglers provided into every level of this hierarchy was truly impressive. I’ve seen documentaries about grocery shops with less access than this.” – The Independent
This World: Stolen Brides: 'The best documentary about marriage since My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding' - The Times
Iraq: the Reckoning: ***BAFTA Nomination for Current Affairs 2005***
This World: Terror in the Desert: 'A chilling... vivid account which is the result of fine journalism' - The Observer
