Chef. Storyteller.Problem-solver.

I’ve spent over 15 years in professional kitchens, from Hilton Hotels to Wembley Stadium, learning how to handle pressure with a smile (and the occasional burnt fingertip).  

Recently, I completed an MA in Journalism & Documentary, which has given me the tools to tell stories as well as cook them up. My goal is to bring the two worlds together, working in TV production where food, people, and storytelling intersect. 

Born and raised in London with Scottish roots in Glasgow, I grew up in kitchens where speed, teamwork, and grit weren’t optional - they were essential for survival. I’ve since added a creative side through an MA in Journalism & Documentary.  

Now I’m looking to carve a path in TV production: whether that’s behind the camera, supporting on set, or helping to bring food-driven projects to life.

I have always noticed that I thrive under pressure; also, it seems pressure helps in making results. I'm chasing the next challenge: TV production.
