My experience spans Production Management, Studio Floor Managing, Assistant Production Managing, Associate Producing, Casting, Research and logging/commissioning for edit, giving me a broad, hands-on understanding of both editorial and logistical departments. I thrive in fast-paced environments and am confident leading studio floors, coordinating talent and crew, supporting schedules, managing logistics and troubleshooting under pressure. With a background in managing large teams, onboarding, handling forecasts and budgets, cost reporting, call sheets and operational workflows, I bring strong organisational skills, calm problem-solving and clear communication to every production. I integrate quickly into new teams and maintain a positive, solutions-focused approach from prep through to wrap.
