Hello there! I'm a long-form scripted-format freelance editor, who has worked in post-production for well over a decade but have centred on the UK's HETV and film industry for around six years and, in that time, have developed an instinctive and methodical approach to editing scripted material. My goal is editing full-time, as I’m slowly transitioning away from AE roles, but I’m still very much open to job opportunities across the editorial spectrum.

Before turning freelance, I worked as an in-house online editor for Timeline TV North, based in MediaCityUK. During this time I was involved with hundreds of hours of broadcast television, earning technical proficiency which is an indispensable part of my overall skillset as a well-rounded offline editor.

Welsh isn’t my first language, but I can speak it to a good conversational level, and I’m comfortable editing in the Welsh medium. I live near Cardiff, though I'm open to travelling to any editing suite in the UK. I've also got an Avid setup at home, which has seen plenty of investment recently with the shift towards remote working. Read Less
