Hi, I’m Bex — a London-based creative with a background in acting and facilitation, now channeling my energy into casting and research for unscripted TV. I’m drawn to formats that spotlight real people doing extraordinary (or delightfully ordinary) things — from reality shows to documentaries and everything in between.
I have a particular fascination with love and human connection. Whether it’s Love Island, Married at First Sight, Love Is Blind, or Celebs Go Dating, I’m hooked on the emotional arcs, the casting dynamics, and the way these shows reflect modern relationships.
I’m also a documentary addict — especially when it comes to international communities, travel and true crime. I believe the best way to process life is to talk about it and be truly heard, and I’d love to be that megaphone for someone whose story deserves the spotlight.
If it’s trending on TikTok, sparking debate on Reddit, or making your nan cry during a Channel 4 doc — I’m probably watching it, analysing it, and wondering how it got made.
I’ve led drama workshops for hundreds of young people, worked across schools and outreach projects, and know how to bring out the best in people — whether they’re shy, chaotic, or somewhere in between.
I’m emotionally switched-on, endlessly curious, and genuinely fascinated by what makes people tick. I love finding the story behind the personality and helping shape content that feels fresh, inclusive, and entertaining.
I’m looking to join teams that value creativity, curiosity, and humour. Whether it’s casting contributors, digging into research, or simply keeping the vibe alive — I’m ready to jump in and help make brilliant TV happen.
