Hi, there! My name is Vir, and I'm a video editor with about 8 years of experience.

As an editor I'm self-taught, having become proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro over the last 3-4 years. My experience includes student short films I worked on during my time at university, some of which I also crewed on in assistant production and camera roles as well as sound. I also run a film edits page on instagram where I create edits of films I love to music I think pairs well with them. I really enjoy this, and I've found it has improved my grasp on pacing and rhythm in my editing.

I also do some screenwriting recreationally, having taken a course for it at Birkbeck College, University of London. I also took an Introduction to Journalism course there, and these are both skills I am currently developing and would love opportunities to build on that experience if they come my way.

I'm very much available for any productions, projects or roles needed to be filled in the London creative media scene, and I am open to doing hybrid work for people elsewhere in the UK. I believe I project a unique voice through my editing, and one which reflects my film education and my sense for the cinematic. Read Less
