With a 1st class degree in History from the University of Edinburgh, she's eager to combine her passion for contemporary social and political history with visual storytelling. She's interested in social movements, the supply chain, labour and the stories of those who hold society together. Having volunteered at the UK Asian Film Festival 2026, she's eager to gain practical and organisational skills in the film industry, specifically in runner, camera, research and production roles. Hugely inspired by the works of Michaela Cole and Bong Joon Ho - amongst many others - she's in the process of directing her first short film. Her current portfolio includes work for British Vogue, BreakThrough News, Maktoob Media, The Electronic Intifada, Counterfire, and the Herald. You can find her work on
Instagram or on
