Graduate student at Bournemouth University studying BA (Hons) Film & TV Production
Film and TV Production graduate looking to expand my real world experience.
With a strong practical background across camera, editing, studio and location production. I am keen to secure a role as a Camera Trainee, Runner, Lighting Trainee, Editing Trainee or Sound Trainee. My aim is to gain experience across different departments while developing my technical and creative skills.Throughout my degree, I have had hands-on experience working in a variety of production environments, and crew roles including: - Studio floor and gallery roles for chat shows, fashion shows and dramas. - Location dramas and filmed factual documentaries- Live music productions- Editing on AVID, Premiere Pro and Final Cut ProAlongside my degree, I spent all three years working with my university's student TV channel, Nerve TV, where I was deployed as a camera operator filming live sport and events. This has developed my ability to work quickly, communicate effectively with a crew and capture action in fast-moving environments.I have also had some professional experience working on a number of corporate video productions as a camera operator and editor, giving me experience of working to client specifications under tight deadlines. Outside of film and television, I play guitar in a band and have performed as part of a charity band raising awareness of music and mental health. I am also a keen runner and take part in weekly park runs and other charity races.I hold a full UK driving licence, have my own car, and I am highly flexible about where I work.
