I’m a Senior Development Producer with a passion for unscripted in all its forms – from documentary and constructed factual to factual entertainment and reality. I specialise in format building, slate strategy and international IP development, taking ideas from a spark in a brainstorm to fully formed, pitch-ready formats with global appeal.

I’ve originated, shaped and pitched ambitious ideas for UK broadcasters and global streamers, and I particularly enjoy adapting international IP, leading creative teams and crafting standout pitch materials. Recent work includes high-profile adaptations from Norway, Korea and the US, alongside helping launch a new Constructed Factual Unit at Minnow Films.

I bring strong editorial instincts, commercial awareness and organisational rigour, supported by a modern toolkit that includes Adobe Creative Suite and generative AI (ChatGPT, Midjourney) for idea generation, design and development workflows.I’m especially drawn to big returnable ideas with clear story engines and international scale.
