Matthew is an exceptional individual and an asset to any team. He has a natural ability with all things technical and is a hands on problem solver making him indispensable on location. His genuine joy and appreciation of cameras means any kit that passes through his hands probably comes back in a better state than when he received it! Not only is he technically strong but he also has an emotional maturity and empathetic nature making him a kind and compassionate individual to have around. He just cracks in and gets stuck in with whatever is needed whilst maintaining a positivity that is infectious. Simply put Matthew is a cracking guy to have around!
