I have recently returned from a year of travelling the world. Prior to that, I was the Director of Development at Cardiff-based Boom — part of the ITV Studios group — where I oversaw a broad slate of network and internationally focused factual and fact-ent formats.

During my four years in the role, we secured seven new series commissions, a reality competition format pilot, and eight funded developments from a variety of UK broadcasters.

I am an unscripted development specialist, having worked at a wide range of companies including Zinc Media, Firecracker, Keshet, and STV.I am regularly invited to contribute as a guest lecturer for the National Film & Television School, speak on a range of industry panels, and sit on the jury of highly sought-after awards, including Realscreen and BAFTA Cymru.

Some of my credits include Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over (W), Big Zuu’s Big Eats (Series 2–4, Dave), Hot Cakes (BBC Three/CBC Gem/TVNZ), Alan Carr’s Adventures with Agatha Christie (More4/BritBox), Adults Only (5Star), Our Little Farm on the Prairie (C5), Who Will Love My Doggy? (C5), and Summer in the Scilly Isles (C5).

- Further development of an early-stage idea through to a fully formed, pitchable format.
- Production of high-quality, industry-standard pitch materials such as decks and sizzles.
- International format pitching — whether it’s a new territory, an international TV market you can’t attend, or a meeting with a distributor, I can leverage my network to supercharge your idea or fully delivered show.
