I've worked with Andy Baybutt for over 20 years. In that time he's developed from an excellent young cameraman into one of the best TV and film directors in the business. The music documentaries he made for me at the BBC, Granada and RDF Manchester are of the highest quality, and since then he's gone on to even greater things including The Art of Rap feature film with Ice T. He's extremely talented, very professional and, above all, a really good man.
