I’m a Manchester-based executive producer working in TV with almost 30 years of experience in the industry and who started off making observational documentaries, then moved on to produce true crime films and single documentaries before accidently falling into reality TV.

I’ve made compliance-heavy documentaries on phone hackings & super injunctions (‘Sex, Lies & Gagging Orders’ - BBC Three) and quick fix diets (‘Get Thin Or Die Tryin’’ – MTV) whilst also being one of the original producers responsible for launching ‘Geordie Shore’ & ‘The Valleys’ (MTV).

I then oversaw ‘The Real Housewives of Cheshire’ (ITVBe) as the series producer from its launch in 2014 until the end of series 5 when I took over as the executive producer for the next nine seasons. Included running all aspects of production, post-production, a large scale team (40+), overseeing cast and recasting as well as heading up the Manchester-based production office.
