A highly creative, experienced Head of Production, Production Executive and Broadcast Professional.  

With nearly 20 years experience working in Broadcasting, I specialise particularly in Live events & Outside broadcasts, Factual documentaries, Entertainment, Arts and Music programmes.

A key acheivement at the Royal Opera House, was partnering to deliver the ROH’s brand-new streaming platform, which launched in October 2022. This involved collaboration with senior leaders, devising digital strategies against a background of changing audience behaviours and business models. I had significant financial responsibility of multi-million-pound budgets, across TV, audio and digital content plus onward distribution, including brand partnerships. I worked with many co-producers and regularly negotiated funding and sought new revenue streams. I am now working as Production Executive at BBC Studios, Storyworks Programme Parternships, on a 12 month contract. 

Throughout my career I have worked with many Editorial colleagues in developing various digital projects, turning treatments into viable schedules and budgets. I have set up shoots all over the world, and am a champion of sustainability. 

I am an exceptional negotiator who can achieve mutually beneficial deals, whether it be with external service providers, commercial partners or key Talent.

Being passionate about developing and nurturing Talent, I pride myself on the ability to retain and develop teams & staff and commit to EDI goals. 

I also work as a Consultant in the Broadcast, Arts and Culture sectors.

I am an accomplished classically trained Pianist and Piano and Music Theory Tutor (ABRSM) and can read a musical score. I have been teaching Piano for over 20 years, and have a successful alumnus of pupils. Read Less
