I'm a recent Film & Media graduate from the University of Stirling (2025) with hands-on experience in factual TV, documentary, and visual storytelling. I'm currently working freelance as the sole camera operator on a BBC Disclosure documentary focused on nicotine pouches, scheduled for broadcast in Autumn 2025.
My strengths lie in camera operation (particularly with the Sony FX6), lighting, sound recording, contributor handling, and editing with Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects. I've trained to handle all aspects of documentary production — from research and scripting to post-production — and I thrive in both solo and team-based environments.
During university, I directed and edited Running with the Herd (2025), a 10-minute observational documentary filmed on the Isle of Bute, following a veterinarian still working at 75. I also worked with Raise the Roof Productions on a student edition of Love It or List It, contributing to both camera operation and contributor coordination under industry mentorship.
I’m passionate about visual storytelling and adapting to real-world production challenges — whether that’s managing lighting and sound in a rural setting, capturing honest interviews, or responding quickly to location pressures. I bring a proactive, flexible mindset to every project and love collaborating to get the best out of a story.
My technical background includes:

I’ve also completed a visual research project on AI and music production, presented a creative photography series as part of the Rotary Young Photographer Award, and worked front-of-house roles that sharpened my communication and teamwork under pressure.
