I am a Series Producer and Director with a track record of making successful shows, most notably Travel Man.  I have worked on a huge variety of programmes - everything to Top Gear to EastEnders - which gives me a lot of experience to draw on.  

I am used to working with contributors, comedians, presenters and actors and will always strive to get the best out of people, and make the experience of programme making fun. I have built dedicated, passionate teams from scratch and joined them when they are up and running, and I am comfortable in both  situations.  As a Director I’ve made programmes of all shapes and sizes, all over the world, including new series, dramas, specials and pilots.  I have filmed in cities packed with tourists, jungles, race tracks and studios.

I also have credits as a Series Editor and Series Edit Producer, and have taken over shows that were initially not working and turned them round.  And, as the antedote to the overwhelming positivity that everyone projects on Talent Manager, I'll admit that I also worked on some jobs that were absolute pigs, and I have learned a lot from them!

As well as the obvious stuff, like making shows that are great to watch, I am adept at some of the less remarked on aspects of Series Producing and Directing. Things like planning, whether its a whole series or a rain affected afternoon's filming.  Clear communication, so everyone knows the plan and buys into it.  Finally I'm an accomplished writer and can find the right tone for any given show.
