I have over 20 years of experience as a multi-camera studio / OB / location director covering both live and pre-recorded programmes. My credits include entertainment, music (scripted and busked, BBC trained), comedy (stand up, sketches & panel shows), sports presentation, lifestyle, quiz & game shows, Ob Doc & Fixed Rig Reality.

I have taken many shows from pre-production all the way through to the wrap party, and directed hundreds of hours of live TV. I am used to working with lighting & set designers to create the look and feel of the show and regularly source the best in technical talent.

My background in writing & performing scripted comedy for TV, radio & stage gives me a unique understanding when working with, and getting the best out of, on-screen talent. Whether it's a studio based interview/discussion programme or a large scale shoot in the Royal Enclosure on Derby day in the presence of the Queen, I will deliver on time with the minimum of fuss.
