Her work has been performed in theatres across the North of England and in London including Theatre 503, Oldham Coliseum, York Theatre Royal and Arcola Theatre. Previous projects include writing for MY WHITE BEST FRIEND NORTH, co-writing 10,000 Heartbeats: A Local's Guide to Liverpool Chinatown with Jude Christian (commissioned by Tamasha and Coney) and being commissioned to write a short play about her hometown Barnard Castle, made infamous by Dominic Cummings, for BBC Radio 4's United Kingdom series.
For 3 years she led the Young Company Writers group at Manchester's Royal Exchange Theatre working with young writers aged 16-25. She has taught playwriting modules for 3rd year students and MA students at The University of York.
Between 2022-2024 she was a guest writer for Channel 4's Hollyoaks and she is now exploring script editing and development opportunities in TV. She has worked as a freelance scriptreader for BBC Writers, Scribe Lounge and Thousand Films as well as theatres all across the UK including The National Theatre, Theatre 503, Royal Court Theatre, Traverse and Liverpool Everyman.
