Hey, I'm Holly Parnell, trained acor, and TV presenter specialising in food and beverage with over 17 years of hospitality industry experience. From running high-performing venues across Dubai and the UK to becoming a MasterChef UK 2022 semi-finalist, I’ve built a career on my passion for all things food and my love of all things theatrical.

Trained in acting at one of the UK’s leading drama schools, I combine stage presence with real-world expertise. My warm, relatable presenting style brings authenticity and insight to every project, whether I’m on screen or behind the mic interviewing.

In 2024, I led my venue to win Best Pub of the Year, and in 2023, I was named Restaurant Manager of the Year by Caterer Middle East. My background spans every layer of hospitality — from operations and concept development to guest experience and team leadership — making me a trusted voice in the industry.

I’m currently focused on creating content that celebrates the people, places, and stories behind great hospitality. With a strong background in verbatim theatre, which I explored in my dissertation before going on to create my own verbatim theatre company, I’ve developed a unique interviewing style.
