I’m Rob, a creative leader, director, and dramaturg with over two decades of experience crafting experiences that push the boundaries of what’s possible in theatre and immersive environments. From directing large-scale theatre productions, creating gameshows to designing interactive storytelling adventures, my work has always aimed to connect deeply with audiences—whether they’re seated in a theatre or wandering through a live, interactive experience.

What I Do
I create, consult, and direct work that blends compelling narratives with immersive design. As Artistic Director of Theatre Centre, I led projects like Future Makers, a co-creation model that increased audience engagement by prioritising diverse voices and stories that reflect real lives. My work spans the arts and entertainment sectors, and I’ve been privileged to work with a range of clients—from MSC Cruises to BBC Studios—each one a new canvas for innovative storytelling.

How I Work
Collaboration is a core part of my philosophy. Over the years, I’ve built strong partnerships with theatres, artists, and brands to produce work that resonates with audiences and reaches commercial goals. My approach always prioritises genuine connection—whether it’s with the creative team or the audience themselves.

I approach each project with a mix of strategic insight and a hands-on, collaborative spirit. My background includes everything from budget management to developing long-term artistic strategies, and I’m equally at ease leading a team as I am diving into the creative process. For me, every project is an opportunity to build something meaningful, memorable, and measurable.
