I hold a First Class degree from Durham Uni, with my dissertation awarded a First for its investigative approach. This work demonstrated my ability to conduct rigorous research, analyse complex material, and present findings with clarity.
Professionally, I have built a strong foundation across several production roles. As a Production Secretary, I was responsible for contracting crew, scheduling, facilitating payroll, and coordinating communication between departments. This role required organisation, discretion, and the ability to keep complex processes running smoothly under pressure. Previously, as a Production Assistant, I supported day-to-day shoot operations and gained experience liaising with cast, crew and vendors.
In addition, my work as a Marine Technician on Mission: Impossible further developed my adaptability, problem solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in challenging environments.
Alongside my work, I began script reading and providing coverage for festivals such as Raindance, which sharpened my critical eye for storytelling and taught me how to evaluate material with precision. Together, these experiences have equipped me with a versatile skill set across both the logistical and creative sides of production, which I am eager to bring to my next role in film and television.
